Shipping Policy

The following terms and conditions constitute our Domestic shipping policy.

Currently, Art Studio 42 ships merchandise to locations within the United States. Art Studio 42 does not ship to other international locations.

The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

Your orders are filled especially for you. Orders can take up to a week to fill, although we try to send them out as early as possible. Custom orders can take up to four weeks to complete.

Plan accordingly and your order early enough. Once the package leaves our control, the speed of delivery is out of our control.

Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing high volume order shipment may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates.

We charge a flat rate of $9.00 plus $1.00 for each additional item on all orders unless otherwise stated.

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has been shipped containing a tracking number. Tracking numbers will be active within 24 hours. We’re not responsible for any customs and taxes paid to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer. Taxes, tariffs, etc.

Art Studio 42 takes pride in delivering your purchase with care. To ensure a smooth delivery process, we kindly ask you double check your shipping information before completing your order.

If you notice the error before your order has shipped, please contact us immediately. At the contact email or the phone number, we will make every effort to update your address before the package leaves our studio.

If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, we will contact you to confirm the correct address. We’re happy to re-ship the order to ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible, you, the customer, will still be responsible for covering the reshipment fee.

Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If the package cannot be recovered, we recommend placing a new order.

Returns/refunds policy

Art Studio 42 takes pride in our handcrafted art and want you to love your purchase if you need to make a return. We made the process simple, but we always encourage exchanges so you can find a piece that you truly love.

To be eligible for a return it must be within 30 days of delivery, in the original packaging, be unused and in the same condition you received it.

To request an exchange/return, please contact us at Artstudio42.com with your order number and details.

Every return requires careful inspection, packaging and handling. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted, if applicable. Any item not in its original condition. IE damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

The following are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged. Custom creations, items on sale, and gift certificates. Custom items, due to the nature of the custom items, we cannot accept returns on these.

Our process for custom items includes verification approval by the customer. Please make sure everything is the way you want it before we make up the item. This includes sizes items because they are custom and are made to order and cannot be custom sized. Custom orders take longer and can take up to one month to fulfill.

To start an exchange or return, email us with your request, phone number and order number and email. You will be provided with return instructions and shipping label for actual shipping cost.

Once received and inspected refunds are processed within five to seven business days to your original payment method. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you’re approved, then your will refund will be processed, and the credit will be automatically applied to the credit card or original payment method which in a certain number of days. Returns and refunds to store or store credits will be processed five to seven business days upon receipt of your package.

Late or missing refunds if applicable.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
